As thebusiness developing, we need to recruit an International Senior Buyer who assists us in dealing with our Chinesesuppliers. We export casting and some finished parts like balls, stems, pipes,fittings to Italy.

 

Responsibilities:

1.    Working with the suppliers, improve quality, reduce purchaseprices and respect the agreed delivery dates

2.Monitoringthe casting production process so that each step is done with due and necessaryattention

3.    Knowing the strengths and inefficiencies of the suppliers topush it to improve and reduce costs.

4.    Knowing the shipping procedures in order to work with thesupplier to choose the most convenient shipping routes.

5.    Spending more time with the suppliers than in the office andwill have to coordinate and check every shipment before departure.

6.   Monitoringproblems or look for new supplier if some problems do not want to be solved bythe supplier.

7.   Need quickanswers, daily dialogue with our people in Italy.

8.   Organizingvisits with other people from Italy

 

 

Requirements:

 

1.   Good knowledgeof English language is mandatory, Better if can speak Italian.

2.      Proactive and self manager

3.   Must be able toread the machined drawing, 2D and 3D.

4.   Be able totravel on business frequently.

5.   Better if knowsabout metals knowledge

6.    Better if familiar with foundries that use investment casting silica solmethod and water glass method.

7.   Better if has adriving license and a car.
